As a mother, I understand the weight families carry when a parent starts needing help. I've been on both sides of caregiving, and that is exactly why I do this work with so much heart.
French is my first language, English is my second, and care is the language I speak best. Every client I've cared for, I've treated like my own family, because your parent deserves nothing less.

I started caring for seniors in 2015 in Montreal, where I first discovered my passion for this work and became a certified Health Care Aide. From Montreal I moved to Calgary, gaining more hands-on experience through agencies. Every client I worked with, I gave everything I had. But the system I worked within made it harder and harder to do that.
Working through agencies, I watched families pay $45 to $60 an hour and receive rushed, impersonal care in return. I watched seniors get confused when yet another stranger showed up at their door. I watched colleagues burn out because they were overbooked, underpaid, and given no say in their own schedules.
The agency was making more than double my hourly rate off every visit I provided. And the person who suffered most from that arrangement wasn't me. It was the client who never got consistent, unhurried, personal care.
When I moved to Edmonton, I knew I had to do things differently. The industry is broken. But the care doesn't have to be.

When he saw the gap in the senior care industry, he stepped in to help his mother build something better. Prince is your main point of contact and works closely with Adjo on every aspect of the business.
